Assessment Support with portal upload and PIF file and label template

I will complete your portal uploads for up to 15 Fragrances for 3 assessments. These can be for any assessment of your choice that you hold.  (Fragrances must be from the same assessment set and one base for example one salt or soap base, please do not mix fragrances from different assessment sets) I will also do a PIF file for one of the products and you then use that as a template for the rest of the assessment. 

If you have an assessment that covers more then one end product for example melt and pour or 3 in 1 the support cover one of these end products

Once Ordered you will receive an email with a form to download to complete please ensure that the form is completed in full as failing this may result in your order being delayed
